HealthSpan terms of use

HealthSpan is provided by Medicus AI FlexCo, Wehleweg 9 / Top 53, 1030 Vienna, Austria, FN 458726y. You sign in with your Medicus account, so the Medicus account terms and the Medicus account privacy policy apply as well. How we handle your health information is in our privacy notice.

1. What HealthSpan does. HealthSpan turns your questionnaire answers, and lab results if you add them, into a personal report with explanations and suggestions for everyday habits. Parts of the report are written by an AI model, using rules our medical team sets.

2. What it does not do. HealthSpan is not medical advice, a diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace your doctor. Talk to your doctor before you change medication or treatment, and about any result that worries you. If you think you have an emergency, call 144 (ambulance, Austria) or 112.

3. AI can be wrong. We check the report against our rules, but a model can still make mistakes. If something in your report looks wrong or does not fit what your doctor told you, follow your doctor and tell us at dataprivacy@medicus.ai.

4. Your information. The report is only as good as what you enter. Upload only lab reports that are your own.

5. Who can use it. You must be 18 or older.

6. Cost. HealthSpan is free for you today. If that ever changes, we tell you in advance and you can say no.

7. Changes and availability. We keep improving HealthSpan, and features can change. We may pause or end the service, and we tell you in advance where we can, so you can download your data first.

8. Liability. We are not liable for damage caused by slight negligence, except for injury to life, body or health. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.

9. Changes to these terms. We tell you about changes in good time before they take effect. If you do not accept them, you can delete your account and your data.

10. Law. Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in still apply to you.
